• Information We Collect Automatically: When you access the Service, our servers may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, and operating system.
• Session Information: To secure your account and prevent unauthorized sharing, we create a server-side session record when you log in. This record is linked to your user ID and may include your IP address and browser information to ensure the session is unique to you.
• Analytics Data (Future): We may use third-party services like Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to help us improve the Service. This data includes information like pages visited and session duration but is not tied to your personal Discord information.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CoachCAD (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CoachCAD provides a suite of data analysis tools and visualizations for registered subscribers. Access to the Service is granted based on subscription status, which is managed via roles in our official Discord server, funded through Patreon.

3. User Accounts and Access

• Access to the Service requires a valid Discord account and an active subscription role obtained through Patreon.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.
• Account access is for a single user only. You agree not to share your account, login credentials, or access tokens with any other person. Our system uses a server-side session model to prevent account sharing. Violation of this rule may result in immediate and permanent termination of your access without a refund.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• All subscriptions and payments are handled exclusively through Patreon. You must adhere to Patreon's terms of service for all payment-related matters.
• All payments are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for any reason. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to reverse-engineer the tools, scraping data, or using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
